“I decided to do the IE3 program and study abroad at Yonsei University in Seoul to learn more about my focus in International Business. Needless to say, I don’t regret anything,” said Isaac Lai, a junior in the College of Business at Oregon State University.
Isaac is currently spending this academic year at Yonsei University in South Korea. As a proud recipient of an IE3 scholarship, she was able to study International Business while experiencing life in a vibrant global city.
“I meet amazing people from around the world, attend cultural events, and work for the school—all of which have helped me grow personally and professionally. I've learned things in Seoul that I never would have if I didn’t take the leap to study abroad,” she shared.
The IE3 Global: Yonsei University, South Korea program offers students the chance to study in a large and diverse university, located in the heart of Seoul. It’s a great opportunity for students interested in immersing themselves in a large, dynamic city with a rich cultural history.
Thanks to her scholarship, Isaac says that she was able to kickstart living in South Korea and fully focus on her studies. “Although I do miss OSU, I truly love studying here and highly recommend the experience to anyone!”
